These terms apply to your use of silvell.com and to any order you place with Silvell. By using the site you agree to them.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, you get a full refund.

Prices

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. We can change prices at any time, but never after we've accepted your order.

Product descriptions

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours can look different from screen to screen, and measurements may vary slightly between batches.

Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with the carrier, the delivery timeframe is outside our control — but we will chase it with you. See our Shipping Policy.

Returns

See our Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, or to copy our content for a competing store.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We don't exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Australia.
