Free shipping, Australia-wide

Every order ships free to every address in Australia. No minimum spend, no handling fee.

Processing and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days from dispatch. Remote and regional addresses in WA, NT and far north QLD can take a few days longer.

Where we ship from

We ship from our overseas supply partners directly to you. It takes a little longer than a local warehouse, and it is how we keep our prices where they are.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for the first scan to appear.

Split deliveries

Orders with several items may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number, at no extra cost.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to sender because the address was wrong or incomplete, we'll re-send it once you cover the reshipping cost.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, or the parcel shows as delivered and you don't have it, email silvellstore@gmail.com. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and keep you updated until it's resolved.
