Free shipping, worldwide

Every order ships free, to every address we deliver to, worldwide. No minimum spend and no handling fee added at checkout.

Processing

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are processed the next business day.

Delivery times

7–14 business days from dispatch for most of Australia. Remote and regional addresses in WA, NT and far north QLD can take a few days longer.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is scanned you'll get an email with a tracking link. You can also follow it on our Track Order page.

Split deliveries

If you order several items they may arrive separately, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel gets its own tracking number.

Something gone wrong?

If your tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, or the parcel is marked delivered and you haven't received it, email silvellstore@gmail.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier and keep you posted.

Made-to-order and personalised items

Engraved and personalised pieces are made after you order, so they do not follow the 1–2 business day dispatch above. For those, allow roughly 1–2 business days for us to email your engraving mock-up, then 5–7 business days in the workshop once you approve it, then tracked delivery. Most personalised orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of being placed.

Each product page states the timeline for that piece. If you are ordering for a specific date, email us first and we will tell you honestly whether it can be made in time.
