Accepted payment methods

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.

Security

All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI DSS compliant checkout, using SSL encryption. Your card details are encrypted and are never stored by Silvell. Once your purchase is complete we can see only your billing and shipping details, your order and the last four digits of your card.

Currency, prices and taxes

Prices are set in Australian dollars (AUD) and shown in your local currency where available. Taxes and duties, where applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping is a flat rate of AUD $9.95 per order, anywhere in Australia, tracked. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

When you are charged

Your payment is taken when you place your order. If an item can't be supplied, we refund it in full to your original payment method.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. See our Return Policy.
