Are the stones real gemstones?

No — they are lab-created crystals chosen to match the traditional birthstone colours. That is deliberate: a real April diamond would cost many times this. They are cut and set to catch the light the same way.

Which month should I choose?

Most people pick their own birth month, or the month of the person they are buying for. There is no wrong answer — plenty choose simply the colour they like best, or a month that means something to them.

Will it fit me?

The chain is adjustable, so it works high at the collarbone or a little lower. It is made to be worn daily rather than saved for occasions.

Can I wear it in the shower?

Please do not. It is silver-plated, so water, perfume, lotions and cleaning products will wear the plating over time. Take it off first, wipe it with a dry cloth now and then, and it will keep its finish.

Does it come ready to give?

Yes. It arrives boxed, and there are never prices on the packing slip. Add a note at checkout and we will include it.

What if it is not right?

Send it back within 30 days of it arriving, unused and in its packaging, and we will refund you. Email silvellstore@gmail.com with your order number to start it.
